I enjoyed the spa area with Finnish and bio saunas, and a small relaxation area. The 4-star hotel features a 24-hour bar and a cozy lounge with an open fireplace. The breakfast buffet in the light-flooded winter garden was delicious.

Well, at least I got to admire the view of the clock tower every fifteen minutes since I couldn't sleep due to the noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that all of my requests were met. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the city center and the river. I also appreciated the fact that they had a well-equipped gym with a beautiful view. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

the position and the staff's hotel: they are very friendly and kind. near the hotel, there is a very good tipical restaurant (shown by the staff's hotel).

the room wasn't very large and, for my experience, it wasn't a room for a 4 stars hotel: the forniture is old. the bathroom was little. the parking isn't very big.

Located close to the town center in a quiet residential area, this hotel offers easy access to several attractions. It was handy to the areas I wanted to see in the City as well as being close to the Railway Station. The room was comfortable.

No safe in the room. The curtain around the window was useless as I am not a tall person and I could not draw it around the curve of the window. Also, I like having a window open and then the curtain wouldn't move at all because of the window - it would have been better if the curtain went straight across in front of the desk.

Conveniently located near Design Centre and walking distance to old centre and Danube river. Cheap on-site parking, nice garden for breakfast/drinks, helpful personnel. Excellent food market nearby. Renovated rooms with shared balcony. Central location, soundproof rooms. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Easy parking option at hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helped me with my terrible German.

I think the owner/manager was berating his staff in the middle of the dining room during breakfast which struck me as a little unnecessary.

What I liked most was the friendly and competent staff. I strongly recommend staying at the City Hotel in Linz.

The renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise, offering a modern feel to the stay. We particularly enjoyed the shared balcony, it added a unique touch. the location was key to our city trip: only a short walk away from the train station and the shops and attractions in the city center. Another advantage we liked was the soundproof rooms, providing a good night's sleep.

Although the staff was generally nice, we were disappointed with the service regarding our luggage. Upon arrival before check-in time, we asked to leave our bags at the reception desk, but they were left unattended in front of the desk.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Linz accommodation prices seemed higher than other places we have travelled over the last 1.5 months
